The play is set in a remote cabin in the woods. A group of friends are gathered for a weekend of hunting and fishing. As the men drink and talk, they begin to reveal their true selves. They share their fears, their dreams, and their deepest secrets.
As the weekend progresses, the men's relationships become increasingly strained. They begin to compete with each other for attention and status. They become jealous and possessive. And they ultimately resort to violence.
Wolf Play is a unflinching look at the dark side of masculinity. It is a play that will challenge and provoke you. But it is also a play that is ultimately hopeful. It is a play that shows that even in the darkest of times, there is always the possibility of redemption.
